The project comprised of an extension and renovation to an existing single storey Edwardian home opening up the rear to a low maintenance garden and entertaining area.

Natural materials and colours were used throughout the home creating a serene atmosphere, blending the modern extension with the existing period charm.

The front 3 main rooms and hallway of this Edwardian semi-detached brick house were retained and renovated. The rear of the property has a larger modern extension with large open plan living including floor to ceiling glass panels overlooking a wrap around deck that connects the side and rear yards.
